Well, naturally I'd assume that you Euros would still have at least another six hours of uptime if it were to start at 18:00 GMT for instance, which I personally think is a fine time for all unless everyone happens to be busy on a Friday evening.

That seems reasonable for me, but I'd like to know whether or not it is actually ok with everyone.

In retrospect, having 24 individual options is madness incarnate. With that in mind, I ask that any and all interested parties, or even passerbys post here and give the time that'd be best for them, indicate the time zone also. For instance, and this doesn't count, I could say:
15:00-17:00 UST is the best time to start for me
Something to that effect.

I, funnily enough, can't ever remember the abbreviated name of my own timezone, so here's it in convenient-British form: Any time after 19:00 GMT, basically.

Right then, from what I can tell from you folks, 19:00 GMT seems reasonable, as from the converter, both Dart and Ad seem to be available. Looking at TFDs available start time, I'd guess that means 18:00 GMT is the best start time with these facts in mind.

In the meantime, I'm going to see to it that a test rule set for this season is drafted up in time, I've got it in mind, however.

Double posting after 12 hours, here's the rules that have been revised for this season, be sure to read these carefully!
- There is to be a maximum of five questions asked per day, submission of new questions will be spread out across the day and not given consecutively.

- Editing of any kind is strictly prohibited, even if there's no new post made after your own, I'll be able to tell if someone has, so beware!

- The question-wait limit is being reduced, you'll have a one question wait if you answer two questions consecutively

- Maximum of two bonus questions per season:
I've noticed the Anagram idea (which ironically I think I started) has become the de facto norm when it comes to bonus questions, considering that was meant to be more a personal gimmick instead of a standard, it's time for it to be completely abolished. I expect bonus questions to be the usual difficult question with a ting prize only. However, if you feel you're up to making some other unique type of bonus question, let me know, and I'll allow it to be used by its creator if I feel it's satisfactory.
Note that any rules I haven't adjusted or changed (such as the one answer per question rule), are still applicable.
