FUCK NO! You would get the same quality if, imagine, one of the songs was burned to a CD and the CD was eaten by a rhino and then shat out. The shit is then eaten by a dog who barfs it out. You then try to get it and clean it. Then it breaks. You fix it with duct tape. You play the disc. THERE, it's about the same quality you would get from that site. Now go get yourself vdownloader.

For video downloads, I use a Firefox addon called "flash video downloader youtube downloader". It makes a very convenient download button near the YT video and saves in flv or mp4.
