Rayman 3 Animated Character models (.blend)

Hello,

some of you guys keep asking for animated character models related to Rayman that you might have had occasion to see on YouTube. I decided to upload what I have so far so you can benefit from that. These are in .blend Blender format with bundled textures in it. Exportable with built-in Blender fbx export and ready to use with external game engine (tested with Unity as you can see on YouTube).

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

Right now we have:
Rayman 3 animated model with 203 animation states (or so, don't want to check right now exactly)
2 Globox variants (with less and more animations because they are extracted from different maps from Raymap)

I will keep updating this, also will put next to it dedicated Raymap project instance on that drive as well as Blender scripts and will prepare some manual so you as a community will be able to export next models yourselves, at least from Rayman 3 right now. Still working on new implementation for Raymap that will allow us to nicely export models from Rayman 2-like games as well (R3 only for now unfortunately).

And will keep editing this post and adding stuff, so stay tuned.

Re: The You Game!
< was only thinking about how <'s phone is about 3 years old at this point, but then < realised that it shouldn't be an issue considering it's working and does what < wants. < only has it just under two years, just that it's a 3 year old model.

< hopes it isn't the PCB in ^'s case…

This one is too challenging for me :?

Re: TTQ: Season 128 – dr_st
As there have been no new attempts for 72 hours, anyone can (re)answer now. :)

Question 25: In Rayman 1 PC version, if you are replaying Allegro Presto, and you start with 40 lives and 0 tings, beat the level without dying, collect all the tings, no extra lives and do not visit the bonus level - how many lives are you going to have at the end?
(Note: I say PC version, but it is probably the same in PSX and most other versions as well)

Hey all,

A survey to replace the poll found in the Favourite Rayman Games thread is in the drafting stage. Please visit the draft version of the survey, try it out, and please post feedback in the aforementioned thread.

It's not anything major, but hey, data collecting is fun, and it's always interesting to see how the fanbases' tastes differ and align. Changes have already been made to the survey in light of the responses given thus far, results will be reset whenever changes are done so members can run through the survey and suggest any further refinements.

I'm hoping to have a final version ready for the New Year, so please do let me know if you've got any feedback, and enjoy!

Rémi Gazel, who composed most of the music from the original Rayman, just launched a Kickstarter campaign for 50,000€ to fund the recording of an album containing 12 songs from his compositions for that game. This new album would of course be available as a digital and CD version but their wish is also to produce a vinyl collector album.
Should backings exceed a second threshold of 115,000€, Rémi's intention is to invite Pixelophonia, a symphonic orchestra dedicated to video game music, to join in.
You can access the Kickstarter campaign and participate by clicking here.

On August 8th 2003, Pirate-Community was created for all Rayman fans to share their interest and to aggregate the best content about the series. Thirteen years later, we're on the verge of updating the website to a brand new version, with many great features and changes for the community to enjoy. Rayman Adventures is still being updated and played by many fans, new records are reached in Rayman 3, and hope is not lost for a new Rayman game. While the number of messages posted last year, 105,979, for a grand total of 1,155,132, is far from our record, it is still higher than the previous year and we have a good number of active members. RayWiki, available in seven languages, now contains a total of 4479 articles, 130 more than a year ago. RayTunes, now ten years old, is nearly complete, thanks to the many soundtracks added last year: Tonic Trouble (PC version and GBC), Rayman Jungle Run, Rayman Fiesta Run and Rayman Adventures.

So, stay tuned for the upcoming updates, long live Rayman, long live Pirate-Community!

RayTunes is nearly 10 years old! It's been a while since the last update, but the music collection on this page is nearly complete - especially with this latest update which includes not one but three new soundtracks.
The first new soundtrack is the long-awaited Tonic Trouble soundtrack (PC version). The soundtrack from the GBC version of the game was also added to the collection, thanks to L.M. Murphy.
Music from Rayman Jungle Run, Rayman Fiesta Run and Rayman Adventures was also added to the Rayman Mobile soundtracks section.
A rip of additional music from the Rayman 3 early preview disc is also in progress. Apart from that, we may also add music from the educative games in the future. You can check the forum here for news.
