Re: Religion - your views
Oh, and in case someone brings it up, I did say that I would provide some evidence for my religion later on. While I'm sure we've all studied evolution, I doubt if the evidence for Christianity has been looked at, heard of, or even achknowledged half as much. So, if anyone's interested, feel free to ...

Re: Religion - your views
Perhaps our house Creationist, Mister Dark, will have made another response by then? Who knows?
Truth is I don't see much point in arguing any more with you.
Problem #1
The only response you've given to my proof for God's existence is that there may very well be more ways for a Universe to "come ...

A better way, however, would be to address each of his points with written argument. :P
And *that*, is possibly the most intelligent thing I've heard all day. As for the "typical atheist" thing, I find it strange that this should be subject to such strong universal disapproval when only a few ...

Re: Religion - your views
I simply stated that it is ridicolous to use god as an explanation for things we do not yet know, such as the origin of the Universe. People have done this for centuries to natural phenomena such as lightning, lunar eclipses and disease, and have been proven wrong every time. No atm detectable ...

Re: Religion - your views
Science can provide credible facts that suggest theories are correct. Scientists have studied the formation of animal cells, for example, that allow them to conclude transformations or mutations. The religious aproach, on the other hand, does not have anything to back it up aside from one ...

Re: Religion - your views
What's with all the insults? I never insulted you. But if you're so eager to try and humiliate the opposing side, let's look at the logical arguments *you've* posited. Tobbe, you have an interesting way of debating. Firstly, I demonstrated that it is God, not the Big Bang, that is the origin of the ...

Re: Religion - your views
That is probably the most reasonable and thought out arguement for god exisiting that I have seen, however I still disagree.
I'm too tired and lazy to explain why though... Tobbe will probably do that when he gets around to it anyway...
There are lots of people who get angry when they see a post ...

Re: Religion - your views
Does God exist eh? I would like to propose my views:
As i see it, there are three ways the Universe came about...
1. Something came from nothing.
2. The Universe was around forever.
3. A First Cause.
1 is impossible as it goes against science. "Something" from nothing? ridiculous.
2 is also ...

Re: Questions about Rayman 1 and 2 (but especially 1)
Well, Mr Dark's whereabouts are a Rayman's world mystery then so my question's pretty much answered. I guess he just went to live in the ocean south of Dream Forest, where all sprites vanish forever. Shame. I liked that character. O well. thx everyone

NO.
Ancel was in UbiSoft till beginning.
The drastic change between R1 and R2 is mainly caused by poor look of most of R1 creatures in 3D, I think. Betilla, as name says, was last minute character, and... all the rest looked wrong. Additionally, "abstract" worlds like Band Land or Picture City ...

Re: Questions about Rayman 1 and 2 (but especially 1)
Betilla was a "last minute" character, saved in many versions of R1 to not make fans angry. Electoons, well, are integrated in Protoon, which isn't split in other games' stories, right?
True, but still... i mean, there's nothing left of R1 except a few scattered references- it's like the other ...

Questions about Rayman 1 and 2 (but especially 1)
1. What actually *happened* to Mr Dark at the end of R1? *Where* did he actually go!?
Does anyone know, or at least have a vague guess, or is this just a Rayman's world mystery? :?
2. Also, does anyone know why it is that the Rayman games beyond the original are so vastly different coz my ...
