The full answer is that RECS was a system where you could define the general parameters of the track (type, length, curves, obstacles...) using a GUI, which would translate into a 9-character code + 2 digits for difficulty. This would get fed into a pseudo-random generator, and that would generate ...

I've personnally learnt German just like some German persons learnt French. Which means, the only thing I can say in German is Kartoffeln Salat.
