I only have the PC versions of:
-Rayman (1)
-Rayman 2: The Great Escape
-Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc
-Rayman Raving Rabbids
-Rayman Origins
-And 2 Rayman M (I have 2 because I lost the 2nd CD of the one I bought first and I couldn't play it so I bought it again. XD)

Oh, I see the voting!~ Omg, it seems that I'm the only one who has been loving Rayman since 1996. If I remember well, I've been being a fan since then... or if not, I don't miss too much, the next option I could start it is '97, but I was very young, so can't remember well. XD
