That Chinese playtest listing is interesting and adds up with the Retold thing.

To be honest, if RayGamer's theory ends up being right and this entire 'Retold' thing is just a massive 4chan hoax, I don't think I'd even be mad. Given how polarizing and 'off' these leaked 3D designs have looked, a hoax might actually be a blessing in disguise lol.

I know it always takes some time to get used to a new design, and there's the fact that it's a costume, not the main design, but this weirds me out a little.

This looks less like Rayman and more like a generic ...

-This fails, and Ubisoft keeps disregarding Rayman for more decades except to bring in more mobiley games or whatever cheap techbro slop will be trendy by then.
-This succeeds, and Ubisoft sees it as Legends being yet again the only thing Rayman fans want, and thus we're doomed to further decades ...

I can't believe they chose Legends over Rayman 2 or 3. We seriously need another 3D entry in the series.

Agreed. Even if they didn't do full remakes, they could have just done simple remasters like they did with Beyond Good & Evil or the Prince of Persia trilogy. Rayman 2 and 3 would be amazing ...
