Re: Rayman 1

Oh this is one mighty juicy find. I can’t help but think that the art style here looks like it *could* be by Susuma Matsushita aka the Famitsu magazine artist, but I could be wrong. And at that, I don’t think a) I ever recall Rayman 1 being on PC in Japan, and 2) the consoles had a full translation....

Re: How's the weather?

It was lovely a few days ago but now it’s raining and poo. On the days that got a bit too bright though I found a type of suncare product which is...like a chapstick, but it’s sun lotion that you can have in your handbag and put it on whenever and wherever and it’s nice and clean. No greasy mess tha...

Re: Project: UnLockRay ( ULR / REL )

Finally got a chance to take a look now that I'm home and on my desktop and I gotta say I'm mighty impressed! I love that you can go through different objects and their animations (like Ly swimming?? I don't recall her ever swimming in the Walks). It would also be super handy for artists as reference.

Re: Rayman or Asterix - which is most popular?

Would have thought Asterix would be more well known given that it's been around since the 60s (12 Tasks of Asterix is a great movie BTW). It wouldn't shock me if Asterix had some kind of influence on Rayman games though (the whole Globox and plum juice thing for example).

Re: Rayman is coming to Brawlhalla

I had a few dabbles with the game on the Switch and well, the game itself is ok but hot damn it has some dire sound direction. I like the art style though and I'm hoping someday someone can rip the Rayman and co sprites. =D

It's been a thing for a few years and you even sometimes get a lemon wedge to squeeze on it like you would with actual fish.

Re: Favorite Nuts

Last week I had a nut roast while I was put and even my fiancé liked it when he tried a bit. It definitely had walnut in it. I would like to try making a nut roast one day.

Re: Cheese

Yeah but halloumi is nice for breakfast with fried egg and more people batter it and serve it with chips. I look forward to the next time I eat battered halloumi.

I own both but iirc Rush was supposed to be a "next best thing" for people who still has PSOne and couldn't get hold of a PS2.

Re: Cheese

You know Mac n cheese? IN ASDA they make Mac n Cheese burgers and they are literally patties of just Mac n Cheese. Last time I ate them though was the day I did a cheese overdose though.
