Re: Rayman Headcanons

Here's a pretty weird headcanon.
I like to think that Polokus, being the one who created the Glade of Dreams, is actually a sentient being who fell into an eternal sleep after the disappearance of his wife, the Muse of the poets (which I kinda think it could be Phrys, the goddess that Ly and her ...

Re: Rayman Adventures

Is it just me who still didn't get the update? It's been nearly three weeks and everytime I try to play it just redirects me to the AppStore to download the new version, but there is nothing there...

Re: Rayman 3

Land of the Living Dead is indeed my favourite level in R3! A thing I loved in particular about it, apart from the graphic, was the ambient. Some of those are very creepy but I love the heck out of them! In the ambient "Begoniax's Cellar" you can hear some soft whispers and it just makes shivers ...

Re: Rayman Adventures

Woah! How much time have I slept on my books to miss all this posts?! :fou:
Seriously though, I really want the Rayman series to continue, but if there's going to be a new director for a (hopefully) next chapter, it might as well being someone who cares about the characters and the story and wants ...

Re: Rayman himself

One day my father bought Rayman 2 home. He knew that I liked videogames so he though to get me a present. He helped me install it on my computer so that I could play without any problem. I was like 5 at the time and that was the first time I saw Rayman and immediately fell in love with him. I loved ...

It seems like I am also one of the unlucky people who got into that level. Hope they fix it soon.

Re: Rayman Adventures

Alright, I need help, guys! Two days ago, while I was playing, Rayman Adventures suddendly crashed and now it just shows one of the maps from Olympus Maximus, but nothing else. No levels, no flying ship, no egg, no icons on the top or bottom of the screen. Anything at all. I'm really worried, 'cause ...

Re: Rayman Origins

The fact is, it would not have sucked to have at least one taste of a plot. Even if it had to be simple like the first Rayman, but it should have been there. When Rayman Origins first came out I also didn't care that much about the missing plot. I just enjoyed it because finally I had again a Rayman ...

Re: Lore thread

I agree, it's a shame that we don't have the possibility to explore the lore a bit further. There are so many interesting factors hidden in the whole game.
It would also help to explore the characters and develop them in a new way.

Re: Lore thread

What if Andrè was an evil spirit, a different kind of nightmare, that Polokus managed to trap inside the essence of a Red Lum, so that he wouldn't have caused trouble? Or at least, the god tried to transform him in a positive spirit (like the Lums), but Andrè's malevolence was too powerful even for ...

Re: Rayman Origins

I pretty Much agree with this. The game was still good and it was a good return for Rayman himself, but looking at it with a bit older eye, I have to say that I would nave really enjoyed a good, deep story.

Seen already and I really loved the videos. I think I never saw any review that's so accurate for the Rayman games. I was very happy with these. Good Job, Nitro Rad! :D
