tried again to download rayman better, installed, but it is still writing that i miss api-ms....... dll

if i downloand this dll the game will not start... i downloanded before better rayman (tried to uninstal but it stayed) when i run the game, it will write that the program cant be run, because i am missing api-ms-win-crt-runtime[1-1-0.dll. Normally it will start the game even when it will write this ...
