Haven't played Borderlands in a while though.

And with regards to your desktop, Tenderz: I never understood the use for shortcuts on the desktop to Steam games when Steam is right there anyway.

Re: Your Computers

As far as your needs goes, I think you'll have to install Gimp and Inkscape. I'm already an experienced Gimper :) - but haven't tested Inkscape yet. What I'd LOVE to is try Krita, which hasn't got a Windows port yet. I love Inkscape, but my main problem with it is that I can't seem to get it to pro...

Jesus that's a lot of screens/equipment in one place. In my house, it'd likely blow a fuse.

Probably because it's just a straight up port of something that already exists.

Re: Rumor: Rayman 3D

I don't know. When I went back to playing a handful of N64 games, I learned that "getting used" to bad controls can be a terrible thing. It's like playing a crappy game for hours on end: eventually the shittiness wears off on you to the point of where nothing phases you anymore.

Re: Rumor: Rayman 3D

I bet it's a 3DS port of Rayman 2 or 3. I'd almost put money on it, considering how as soon as Nintendo releases a new handheld, Ubi rubs its hands together and proclaims, "We shall re-release an old [Rayman] game onto it!"

Re: Rayman 2 on Windows 7?

Well, again, I've tried testing Rayman 2 with a new gaming laptop I received (Windows 7 64-bit installed), and it's still a no go. HOWEVER, if you do have a 32-bit Vista/7 OS, you can play the game just fine with the No CD Patch. Currently, on my Vista 32-bit machine, I'm running and playing the gam...

Re: What games are you currently playing?

I finally got around to playing Borderlands, and I now I don't know why I haven't bothered sooner (actually, I do know the reason, and it was lack of money at the time of its release).

I bought the four pack for Borderlands the other day, but mostly for myself and 2 other friends. Which means I have a spare copy. Hrmm... who to give it to. :mefiant:

Re: Rayman Origins

I do agree with how it's a shame some people can't enjoy games after launch, but that's why I wait. Once you ride out the storm of hype, then you start to learn from people how great or not so great the game really is later on. I think the only games I've really hopped on board with at launch was Be...

Re: What games are you currently playing?

I don't know, I can think of plenty of RPG's that are probably better than Paper Mario. :P Fallout 1 and 2, the Mass Effect games, um... Dungeon Siege II. :D But it's just a matter of taste, and what you'd consider a true RPG really.

Currently stuck fighting Dr. Fetus in Super Meat Boy. :(

Re: Traditional media HARDEST to work with

As far as traditional media, I've always been more fond of pencils and shading. I can do acrylic painting too, because it's easier to cover up mistakes or work with them. But everything else uh... yeah, I'm with you.

Re: Rayman Origins

You know, I have a sudden sparked interest in seeing what this UbiArt framework is going to turn out to be like. After all, Origins seems to be a sort of demo for it. Anyone here thinking they'll give it a shot, since it is supposedly open and all?
