That is a demo. Demo's usually don't reflect the final product entirely, and it's not actually confirmation on anything you're saying. You seriously think that they bother to do 90+ level paintings with name tags on and then above all translate them to other languages? Of course that's possible but...

Teensies in Trouble is the name of the world while Once Upon a Time is the name of the level itself. Levels don't have the name tag excluding musical levels. But it's still nicer to try it out yourself than watch others playing. Even after the game's release people might want to try it out before purchasing, so I don't understand why it's too late or pointless to release one.

I'm suprised that there are still no demos for the other consoles.

I just realised something, though I hope I'm wrong and propably I am. The musical suprise for getting 100% might just be.. well, the Land of the Livid Dead musical level.

I'm specially happy that music seems to be nicely varied.
