I found this boxshot of a Russian GBA game that apparently does exist and is called Rayman IV (IV = 4).
I was curious to know if it is real or whether it is fake.

I disagree. The GBA version was rushed. It was riddled with glitches, and there were very serious issues with the programming. I'm not going to rant on about it here.
