Yep. From what I heard, as well as read on RayWiki, it's only avaliable on PSN (PlayStation Network), XBLA (Xbox Live Arcade) and something called iOs (whatever that is).

I have to agree with Haruka on those last few, as those images are (nearly) all from the Rayman Fanpage, meaning they're not really rare. But, yes, still good to contribute them.

WOW! So the hole is real! Is it possible to get there just using the actually game (i.e. no emulator), on DS too?

I can see where everyone is coming from. R1 on N64 would be pretty cool... but, considering the current era, is it really worth it?
