1) In the first round, the 23 members on the list I posted on page 10 of this topic are divided into four groups. The draw is completely random, and is not linked to post count, ppd, boon score or date joined.
2) You may vote for two members from each group, except for the group you are in, in which you are not allowed to vote.
3) Two members from each group will progress to the next "round".
4) In order to avoid the inevitable cheating using secondary accounts that would occur if a normal forum poll was used, all voting must be done by PM. You send a PM to me, Tobbe, with your votes.
5) You may post your votes in this topic (or any other topic for that matter
), but you are neither obligated nor encouraged to do so. 6) If any user attempts to cheat in any way, all of his/her votes will be anulled.
Remember that this is in principle not a poll to decide who's the most popular member of PC, it's a poll to decide who's the "best" member of this forum (apparently there is a difference).
All active members of PC are strongly encouraged to vote.
