Clue #2: This object moves towards Rayman when he's still quite a distance away and doesn't stop until it reaches him.
Clue #2A: There is no way to stop this object (i.e. it can't be destroyed while coming towards Rayman).
Clue #3A: This object is friend, not foe.

Are you talking about colored wrong notes? those don't just damage Rayman, they instantly kill him.

True, but that's not the object I was thinking about.
Anyway, I'll give out another clue as it seems my original one was too vague.

C4A: The object will always have to stick to the ground or a certain wall.
