Looks like it's going to be a pretty interesting game! Shame that they didn't release it for Android and only iOS when pretty much everyone at this point has an Android, including me.

Lol the fact that he doesn't even look any smaller in the gameplay compared to Origins and Legends. :lol:

And besides am I not right in thinking Over-sized environments are a typical trait of the franchise anyway? :|

So they basically made an entire game of the gameplay mechanic used in Legends where in some of the cake levels in Fiesta de Los Muertos, you turn into a small duck except you remain completely Rayman. (if that makes any sense)

I want a new version of Rayman for console/PC as much as everyone else, but at the moment, I'm just more annoyed that they're only releasing Rayman Mini on devices I don't own or particularly like. :P

Same man, this means that I'm literally unable to play a game that looks amazing and fun of a series that I love and am passionate about!! I think it's only quite safe to say that Ubisoft doesn't give a crap about their fans' feelings and wants.

Seems you can play as Rayman, Globox and Barbara, but not the Teensies. Are they considered enemies now? :P

Yeah I heard people with iOS 13 were allowed to beta test Apple Arcade, but I wasn't sure if they'd get to play this game early too.

Well waiting for the gameplay wasn't lengthy. I would not be so pessimistic about this title. Probably we will not get another main Rayman game in the future years whatsoever. Series has something to do with itself and that's better than being in shadow for another 3-4 years. I think that the environment looks very cool. The gameplay is taken from the previous titles but I would not expect something innovative from the phone game included with the subscription. I wonder if filing the trademark in February was connected to this project or was it only a coincidence.

Why my message has been deleted? I only gave my opinion on the game without any insults. Is that a thing that is fordbidden on RaymanPC now? Really sad to see the mods acting like that.

Edit: After a clarification in PM from a mod, I'm sorry about the accusations, I thought my message had been purposely deleted.

So here it is again, I was answering to someone asking why some people have a bad opinion about the game :

Because 6 years after Rayman Legends, we still get mobile games that reuse assets from it. It's the 4th mobile game and still same gameplay and engine. That's sad, considering that before this, every new Rayman game had it's own new story, gameplay and graphics. Ubisoft became lazy and shows a deep disrespect towards their fans.

I mean just look, they even didn't bother to design a new antagonist, they just reused a random Teensie skin from Legends.

I know that Michel Ancel is very busy atm with BG&E2 & WiLD, so he won't be able to work on a proper 3D sequel until a moment. But meanwhile Ubisoft could do many others things with their mascot instead of releasing over and over the same recycled mobile game. Like collaborating with Nintendo to get Rayman in Smash for example? Or they could remake the most popular episodes of the series (Rayman 1, 2 & 3) just like it has been done for Spyro and Crash.

But I guess taking a bill from Apple and release a lazy mobile game again as an exclusivity on their devices is more interesting.

Personally won't buy Rayman Mini because I do not support the direction taken by Ubisoft for the series.

Well, I'm glad a new Rayman game has appeared. Sadly, I won't have it because every modern Apple products are more expensive than Android products and even PCs which contain Microsoft Windows in them. :sad:

But no offense, UbiArt Framework-maded Rayman video games (such as Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends) are not my thing because I disagree about the content every UbiArt Framework-maded Rayman game has :sad: , especially bubblizing (which I find it disturbing, creepy and annoying in my opinion).

Changing the subject, on the list of Christmas presents that I wish I had are mainly Pokémon Sword and the DVD format of Rayman: The Animated Series, and I may also want to obtain Rayman Rush.

:idea: In addition, an idea has occurred to me that consists of reinventing certain Rayman games made by UbiArt Framework according to my perspective which it's a older Rayman games-styled perspective, in form of fanfics.

All I can say from the gameplay is that it looks exactly like Rayman Legends, and I don't mean graphically-wise, that's obvious since it's based on that game but Rayman doesn't even seem that "mini", a lot of levels in the ubi art games are pretty much identical to what's shown in the video, it doesn't make you feel like there's a huge world around you.

I actually noticed that in the trailer, where one of the Psychlops just seems to be its normal size. So either Rayman isn't mini, or the Psychlops have gotten a lot smaller. :P

The toad at the end of the trailer was giant though.

Despite the obvious compliant that this is the fourth UbiArt mobile game Conceptually I do think that this game is the most unique out of anything we got from these titles, however I don't really understand why Rayman Mini still has to be an auto runner while fully fledged platformers such as Shantae And The Sevens Sirens can be released on the same system.

You know why? because it's easier to make, Ubisoft is just looking to get a quicker buck from this and that's disappointing.
