I'd say in TOTL2, where you have to hit the cage that's behind bars. The switch to remove the bars is a short distance away from the can so you have to walk to it and aim quickly.

I suppose you could mean the fight with Jano? It follows the chase sequence immediately with no transition, but if you get a "Try Again" you get spawned at the beginning of the fight, not at the beginning of the chase.

I actually had TOTA2 in mind, which contains several checkpoints that act even on a Try Again, but it seems that's also a valid example, so you get the point!
