I had a lot of fun with Legends trying experimenting with it to find out ways to avoid using Murfy. It all started with one of RayCarrot's videos, then we worked on a small project for one of his videos.
Back when I was playing over Rayman Legends, sometimes I want to play the Murfy levels in a sort of quick fashion. I got very good at the game so I tend to make progress without having him to move a lot platforms and making various other actions like cutting rope that you can simply just swing on to get somewhere. That makes me want to do so with every other Murfy level.
But I have never done something that would make the game punish you stupidly like that constant death warping scene sometime in the video.
It is like one of those cartoons where someone tries so hard to get past something and a lot of the attempts just backfires.
Some of the later levels were actually really annoying, there was so much fire that required many attempts to get through, especially the one I done where I had to clip through the fire and damage boost to reach a platform. Clipping through it was a very low chance and on most attempts it sent me backwards.
To make it worse, the computer lagged for some reason when I finally got it after trying for almost an hour, then the second time I got it, the computer didn't record. It was just third time lucky and it took a couple of hours for that one part.
I ran into a nasty glitch with the extra Mini Janos in The Cave of Bad Dreams in Revolution. One time, I got caught by one of the Mini Janos while gliding down to the platform. However, after it ate Rayman, instead of him respawning, the camera went back to normal with the Mini Jano that ate him hopping in place behind where Rayman would be. The other two kept spitting fireballs, which revealed Rayman to be invisible in front of stationary one by the health bar going down and the circling objects being visible, but he was completely unable to move. I had no choice but to either let them slowly kill Rayman with their fireballs or reset the console.
