Re: Your political compass
Hmm not quite.
I'm more at the center-right in the French political system. This compass seems to be elaborate for the Americapitalist one.
Re: Your political compass
That's dangerously close to my result.
Re: Your political compass
I permit myself that bump, since our french political thread took the water and is actually sinking.

Damn, I hit pretty it real close to middle!

Actually, I think this chart is pretty incorrect.emshomar wrote:

I'd put CDU way less authoritarian and a bit less at right economically. FDP is quite accurate though.
But I have to say that this quizz tends to put you way to much at down and a bit too much at left. If I'd live in germany I think I'd vote CDU, maybe FDP.

*Yeah, that's the best translation I have for that idiom, but I don't think it really works well in English in this context…LoveMetal wrote:I permit myself that to bump, since our French political thread took the water has sprung a leak* and is actually currently sinking.
Anyway,
is the result I got last month when I tested myself with Lovy's own version of the quiz. I haven't really changed that much since this topic was created, which surprises me.
EDIT: Actually, my convictions on both axes seem to have roughly doubled, which means the change isn't immediately obvious until I look at my original result from 2010.

Oh yeah I forgot that, I wrote an android app for that quizz. 30 questions (15/15 for eco and social beliefs), translated in French and English.

Re: Your political compass
BUMP cause it's Friday, but I don't wanna hashtag.
Well, since the Socialists at my uni are having a little get together tomorrow (not that I've any intention of attending), I decided to have another go at this:
Still in Gandhi-land, which is not that surprising I guess.
Also FFS all the old images are broken, would it kill them to retain a smidge of backwards compatibility?

That's a lot further away from centre than I pictured myself being.

Much more so than authoritarian I guess, yes. Don't get me wrong, anarchism by itself is an awful idea.

Re: Your political compass
I'm not big on politics but I swear Labour was more left and their policies pretty good, yet on the site it says Labour are pretty much on the opposite side to me...
