I turned off TnL and my game still has missing textures and / or incorrect shadows, i'm using Regular and Rayman 3 HD for Pc on different versions I have on my pc, I don't know what's going on.

Yes, Better Rayman 3 changes the video scaling algorithm, I will fix this in a future update.
I've just remembered this morning that I had worked on this whole Bink resolution thing… Have you heard anything more from Rib since then?

- Replaced menu background texture with 1024x1024 texture, should fix issues with black menu some people had.
- After much request: changed Rayman power ups looks to include the original changed hair color and original shirt circle colors.
- Changed metal parts of hoodie (only of the standard outfit) to actual metal color instead of red. In promotional renders of Rayman these were metal colored, whilst they have always been red in-game. This fixes that.
- Improved seamlessness of fairy council wall texture.
- Improved land of the livid dead vegetation textures.
- Fixed seamlessness and added detail to a few of the of 'The Desert of the Knaaren' rock textures.
- Improved 'The Desert of the Knaaren' climbable wall texture.

just replaced the data with new stuff like in the tutorial but, when i go to synchronize textures, RCP says "Error access to the path '.../rayman3//gamedatabin/fix.lvl' is denied." how do i fix this

Hi, I was experimenting with your exe patch (here is what I've done step by step)

and it looks like the limit is now 2048x2048. At least 2560x1440 videos are skipped. Is it possible to further increase limit to at least 3840 (4096?) so 4K BIKs could be played in-game?

I edited two hex values in HxD from 08 (previously 02) to 16 which differed in WinMerge between mine (old non-DRM Uplay) and patched binary. Now video is played, but in a very small size in right corner - I cannot find the pattern toward the third step - scaling factor.

Glad to see you're getting some use out of that little weekend project I did last year! :) I remember I originally set the size to some huge value and it started lagging, so then I eased off to 2048*2048. Can't remember if it still lagged at 4096, I'd have to try it again…

Didn't put my headphones on. It's laggy indeed, even with the settings I already made.
OK. I'll look if setting 10 instead of 08 for storing 2560 (QHD) will not lag.
Hmm. 10 doesn't work, game doesn't open
edit. My game completely stopped working even using old working binaries. It's rather not due to the change.
