Yes, and you can't turbo-boost to hit because that takes more health without a corresponding increase in points awarded :mefiant:

I didn't even remember that! I suppose there's a technique, but clearly, I didn't have it. :P

From the discussions in the Rayman 3 scores topic, I only remember top scorers complaining about the grinding required to get enough shoe hits, and nothing about a particular strategy...

I think only one person ever got a record score chaining kickflips in SBTC, so that might be even harder. :fou2:
