I hate Allegro Presto too; however, I can pass it (with lots of cursing).

Moskito’s Nest is easy as pie for me.

Picture City is even worse than Band Land – it’s the worst world in the game!

Also, to get more continues, press X and repeatedly press (in that order) “up, down, right, left”.
