That's really interesting, I'd never heard that. I suppose it explains the "Fight the Virus" graffiti on the continue screen. It must have been drawn up for an earlier version of the game and never fixed.

I find this vestigial stuff fascinating. We've discussed the idea of a Rayman prequel to death, but this will always be the real Rayman origin story – Jimmy and his computer world.

Suddenly this makes more sense now. The stuff we are still learning about the old games is fascinating :D!

@Rémi Gazel It is great to listen to your musics again, great job with the latest video! :)

Hmm, while I know we're not meant to translate the book, are we allowed to add its revelations on the Wiki? And cite the book as a source?

He was okay with people posting short summaries in the topic, so yeah, it should be fine (plus there's already some info from it on the wiki anyway).

Go ahead. You can copyright text, but you can't copyright facts.

When I resumed the contents of the book it was because it was allowed so I don't see why not revealing the new fact to the RayWiki.

@Rémi Gazel: Your performance (and Anthony's) of Mr Dark's theme was fantastic! It was great to hear your inspirations for the theme, like the Hungarian Dance. With the synths, the theme also sounds a lot more virus-like, very fitting for a "Big Boss Virus"! :D

I just saw this pop up on YouTube and headed straight over here to congratulate you personally on a great score! Looks like you two had a blast playing together. ... and the dog wanted to have part of the fun too, haha!

Wooooow that is astounding! You guys have made so much progress in the silence of the past couple of months. I hope to see you perform this live on stage some time; I think I'd start planning my trip down to France as soon as I'd heard you were planning an event!
I applaud you all - great stuff.

Oh, you guys were discussing about this here. Well of course. I myself found out about this a while ago by randomly searching Rayman music. And it's quite epic, I like it.
