Re: Rayman Legends
Well, according to one of the comment replies, using UbiRay requires the player only to swap his already existing files with a publically available costume's files and presto!Bradandez wrote:Is it this one?Master wrote:I don't see it happening without external help, I do remember one of the prominent Sonic hackers releasing a video showing them running around in a modded RL, but I can't find it again.

Smashing~!
Re: Rayman Legends
But in all seriousness, even with the wacky outlook of the UbiArt games, Mister Dark would not look remotely close to whatever that is.

That's still brooding and mysterious, in the spirit of the original.
Re: Rayman Legends
Despite what anyone says, Ales Mansay looks like a badass cosplaying as Mister Dark.

Was that ever confirmed to be the Magician? Or is it just something we assumed?

Re: Rayman Legends
Whoa, is Ad's picture of Mr D official? I didn't know they released images of him.
It's possible that we're just in denial over Mister Dark simply being a boring Teensie, so we made an assumption based on the game's content. I'm just speculating here of course; I didn't follow Origins very closely during development.Master wrote:Was that ever confirmed to be the Magician? Or is it just something we assumed?
Re: Rayman Legends
Yes, that image is official. But it's from the E3 2011 trailer meaning it's actually the MagicianSabertooth1000000000 wrote:Whoa, is Ad's picture of Mr D official? I didn't know they released images of him.
Well, the image I got it from originated were it stated that it was Mr. Dark. So, it's a bit of both. At the end, we were all confused.Sabertooth1000000000 wrote:Was that ever confirmed to be the Magician? Or is it just something we assumed?
I can imagine why.Sabertooth1000000000 wrote:I'm just speculating here of course; I didn't follow Origins very closely during development.

Man, it must feel so good, pointing out other people's mistakes like that. Bringing up grave errors from other people's pasts, what a great, constructive way of making yourself seem like an idol of perfection. You must feel so good about yourself.

Re: Rayman Legends
Now that you mention it, I did rewatch that E3 2011 trailer again and I got an idea. What if the scrapped final showdown of Origins against Mr. Dark was supposed to end with the reveal that we got before that dance? Watching the trailer itself I have a feeling that this was originally intended.Sabertooth1000000000 wrote: It's possible that we're just in denial over Mister Dark simply being a boring Teensie, so we made an assumption based on the game's content. Check it out yourself, the part at the beginning even contains short sections from the unused boss track.
