Well, according to one of the comment replies, using UbiRay requires the player only to swap his already existing files with a publically available costume's files and presto!

It's possible that we're just in denial over Mister Dark simply being a boring Teensie, so we made an assumption based on the game's content. I'm just speculating here of course; I didn't follow Origins very closely during development.

Yes, that image is official. But it's from the E3 2011 trailer meaning it's actually the Magician

Well, the image I got it from originated were it stated that it was Mr. Dark. So, it's a bit of both. At the end, we were all confused.

Now that you mention it, I did rewatch that E3 2011 trailer again and I got an idea. What if the scrapped final showdown of Origins against Mr. Dark was supposed to end with the reveal that we got before that dance? Watching the trailer itself I have a feeling that this was originally intended.
