It's far from shit; sadly, low-quality posts have become widespread in certain sections of the forum but that's about it.

I'm gonna back Hunch on that, and honestly despite some off the issues the forums can get for being more laidback, it's also the RPC's biggest plus in my opinion. I mean name one other forum that has people breakneck posting about Rayman's sexuality during the websites anniversary partys and then the proceeding days carry out deep meaningful conversations

Also, it's our responsability to raise the bar if we think it's too low. The memes ain't gonna disappear if we don't have something interesting and/or productive to talk about.

Exactly! And of course, as I mentioned earlier, the staff are doing their best to improve the overall quality of the messages posted here.

While it's certainly annoyed me I could never leave the forum. Underneath the meme posting and spam, there are a lot of awesome and interesting to talk to people here. Admittedly my interest for Rayman would have lowered if I never found this forum, but all the new info people here manage to uncover and learning the development for these games is what kept my interest high.

Well, if you keep stirring, the meme posting, the shit, will keep falling from the cup. That's why it's kind of a problem to talk about it. The thing is, we shouldn't, because this fuels up more the shitposting. Face-to-face, Private chats, are obviously fine, but if you keep stirring like you people are doing, it gets worse.
And yes, I know I'm part of the problem. But I'll keep visiting. No matter what.

Yea don't get too twisted up in the RPC apocalypse talk, I know we've lost had some down moments overall but don't talk yourself into it either - I've actually been feeling like the posts are upping in quality again.

---

but now that we've had some optimism, time for shitty news:

So where's the outrage? Whenever I bring climate change up everyone talks about the like, the national geographic chart of areas that would be affected by rising sea levels or something, but we're already in pretty deep shit right now, we can't even predict anything positive about 20-25 years from now, yet we've only got one candidate running for president in the US who'll take this seriously.

Really? it's been fairly cool in Michigan for the most part. we may have had 7 days past 90' F, and was cooler then last years July. Maybe its an overall comparison though, it'd seem more realistic anyway.
