< wonders what kind of phone ^ had and whether ^ will get a better one.
< is ok with <'s iPhone6, though < would like to get an Android for <self and an iPad/iMac.

Re: The You Game!
< wouldn't use an iPhone any older than a 6 at this stage though < would prefer to just not use an iPhone at all

< doesn't know if < will get a new one. Since it is so slow at loading pages and it causes problems. < might only be able to use it for phonecalls only.

Re: The You Game!
< hardly ever uses <'s phone for phonecalls. < prefers text messaging since < doesn't have to talk over the phone since < still thinks <'s voice sounds exceptionally high-pitched and weird from the other end. < actually sounds like <'s sister if < and her were to talk over the phone to someone at the same time, though her voice is actually quite lower-pitched.
Re: The You Game!
While < doesn't mind talking on the phone, < uses WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger or Discord more often.
< must be one of the only people that doesn't complain about <'s phone despite the camera being dodgy at times

Re: The You Game!
< watched Swiss Army Man recently, a weird film but < really liked it.
<'s playing Daxter on <'s PSP at the moment and <'s surprised it's powerful enough to run so well, this game's practically PS2 quality! And <'s eating homemade brownies and drinking ale. Truly, this is the life

And whatever ^ likes doing.
Re: The You Game!
< spent last night playing Rayman 2 on Dreamcast. < still can't believe the Dreamcast is powerful enough to run the game at the framerate it does. It only has a handful of drops from 60fps.

Re: The You Game!
< wonders if ^'s CPU has an integrated GPU. If so it might be best to use that with Linux and pass through both cards to the VM and continue to use SLI. < documented <'s own experience (not involving SLI but using NVIDIA for both host and guest), in the Linux topic about a year ago, in case that helps. Just search the topic for "bloody succeeded".
< thinks the "ba mhaith liom glacadh leis" in ^^'s profile would be more technically correct as "ghlacfainn leis". Though it would be even more idiomatically correct to use a simple "is dócha"!

Re: The You Game!
< does have an iGPU with Intel HD graphics 630 but < was having trouble trying to use passthrough without that enabled. Maybe it's because both GPU's are Identical and have the same hardware ID's.PluMGMK wrote:< wonders if ^'s CPU has an integrated GPU. < will enable iGPU in the BIOS and try it again but < might be best using Ubuntu or Mint for the test.
Re: The You Game!
< see that How to Basic release this video.
Re: The You Game!
< has found all the Horseshoes in GTA San Andreas last night. And as a reward, < was given a large sum of money and have weapons delivered to <'s save point in Las Venturas.
Re: The You Game!
< doesn't even think that the Toro box < ordered has even been received at the USPS sorting center yet and it has to get to Ireland.
< needs to try out this GPU passthrough again on Linux. < even had the IOMMU showing up and everything last time, but < thinks that maybe not using the iGPU was <'s undoing since both cards have matching hardware ID's.
< also just noticed ^'s use of the Rockstar logo in ^'s sig, nice work

Re: The You Game!
< wishes everyone a happy Feast of Lunacy Lúnasa! So, according to the Celtic calendar, summer is now officially over. Sounds about right…
Re: The You Game!
As < just heard on the radio around an hour ago that it will be about 25°C tomorrow again
Re: The You Game!
It will be 41°C at <'s place for the end of the week.
Meh, not so bad, it will eliminate some old grumpies and < will pay less taxes for their pensions.
