Yeah you just click on the game window and it goes away. Windows does that a lot with every game.

Out of nowhere: I presume everyone has noticed how the Teensie Highway from Clearleaf Forest bends into a mirror shape shortly before the broken bit where Rayman falls into Bégoniax's outhouse?
I guessed many years ago that that meant to imply that the mirrors we see later in the Bog are somehow connected to the Highway, perhaps even connecting to fragments of it that broke away from the original. I don't know, does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Alright, so today I witnessed an interesting, but also kind of creepy thing that happened in Hoodlum Headquarters. So I got to the part where André says this: "‘Ehahahaha! Rayman, your friend has fallen into my trap, and soon it will be your turn. Heeheeheehee!" when Globox fell for the cut-out trap he set up and Rayman moved his mouth exactly in a way that seemed he was saying the entirety of André's line, it was weird.

I'm not even surprised with the way the game was ported tbh, it even has a menu glitch to get a Lums Race code. I can't help but wonder what version the code would say if you entered it into the HoF, but I don't want to be the one who tries it.

Even the PS3 version? That's interesting, though I'd prefer to just play an original version in case it's messed up. Scoring is actually very difficult and I'd like to play the PC version, though it's so much work to try get that score again like on Xbox.

So there's something i want to ask bc it's been itching at me since I played Rayman 3 last time. Sometimes when I defeat a Heckler, it doesn't give me the bonus points for defeating it when I press the shoot button really fast. This happened a couple times when the Heckler took more than 1 hit to defeat, and it usually prompted me to restart. Has this happened to anyone else?

It happened to me many times and I was really annoyed over it a few times. That's pretty weird, that shouldn't happen, I don't think.
Anyway, I should seriously get back to Rayman 3 and complete Tower of the Leptys therefore completing the game as it's the only level left to do for me from the game at this point and I really want to submit the score I get on PC to the HoF as it's a lot easier for me to improve my scores on levels and get much better scores on it than that of the scores I get on PS2 actually.

Yeah that makes sense, since a Hoodlum beating itself gets no points, and I guess the armor can count as hitting him too or something. In the same vein, sometimes when defeating a Heckler I also see the shield/armor come down after I beat the Hecklers and in some cases, Rayman acted like he got squashed flat, which I guess must be the shield falling on him or something like a glitch. Yeah I think if you stand closer to him it's more likely to happen oddly enough, I think the armor is finishing him off instead of Rayman so you get no points. Really annoying when it happens though, especially on TOTL where there are 3 of them.

It doesn't make any sense for the armour to finish him off though, given that it's supposed to land and reconnect with him. Must be some kind of race condition where he dies and loses his "Heckler-ness" (allowing the shield to damage him), but before the game figures out what actually killed him.
Also, I decided to start a new playthrough today, trying to combine Wine with Better Rayman 3. But…
I'll try an older Wine version and see if that helps…

The only way to truely confirm this is to look at the source code
