< didn’t get enough sleep last night. < wishes < could be asleep during <‘s appointment since it’s going to be a long hour and a half.

< saw the Murder She Wrote episode "A Virtual Murder" today. They were making a VR game out of one of Jessica's novels (this was 1993!) and they got her to playtest it herself with less than 24 hours to go till launch. One of the characters glitched like five minutes in, and it transpired that they basically hadn't playtested it at all, so it looked like the whole thing was about to go belly-up. < was amused by how this plot-point exemplified the implausibility of MSW storylines in general. < still enjoys using <'s lunch hour to watch it though – nothing like it to take the mind off work for a while!

< didn’t get enough sleep last night. < wishes < could be asleep during <‘s appointment since it’s going to be a long hour and a half.

And yet, < actually did get some sleep while they were drilling <'s teeth!
< has to go back to the dentist for a checkup next week on the tooth < got root canal therapy on. < says remember kids, brush your teeth so you don't end up like ol' <!

< remembers < and <'s uncle calling that show "Murder She Caused", since everywhere she went, there was a murder.

< is going to drink coffee (a hazelnut mocha latte) for the first time since <‘s training program a year ago. < is going to need it.

Edit: Or < is trying to but apparently the machine doesn’t want to cooperate with < today and < is getting very cranky with it.

Edit2: < got a little coffee but the machine at that moment decided to stop working for <. Just not <‘s day.

< kept falling back asleep since < was so tired from lack of sleep yesterday. < needs some tea now before < does anything else.

< will actually make a backup of <'s system in its current state too since almost everything is in order right now.

< also had a lack of sleep last night. Hope ^ gets the tea ^ needs. <'s coffee machine seems to be broken or something.

< didn't learn the value of making backups of <'s LFS system for about a year. After it was too late.

< wonders what happened to ^'s coffee machine…

< isn't really sure <self. < was trying the Keurig coffee machine that < had and when < tried pressing the big cup button on it, hardly any coffee came out, despite < putting the K-cup in correctly and enough water.

< fell asleep again, this time for 3 hours. Sleeping downstairs seems to have messed up <'s sleep schedule to a degree. Again.....

< sees that there's apparently been a Cloudflare outage. This explains why < had connection issues on certain sites, but not others. < even had an issue accessing the forum for a few minutes.

< was getting DNS errors a few minutes ago, that must explain it…

< could only access certain places, < couldn't even get on Discord or RPC at the time, and ookla speedtest had 404 errors too. When that loaded, < done a test and the speed was fine, but RPC and Discord refused to load for <.

<‘s mom and sister are updating to the iphone11 today. < has been given the chance to upgrade to a new iPhone, but < strongly does not want to bc once > does < has to give up the one < has. The one with both jungle run and fiesta run in it.

<'s system actually works properly now. < was told that Gentoo isn't friendly for gaming, but < is sure that means LFS wasn't supposed to be either.

< stlll thinks < could use another hour or two of rest. < plans on working on the next sections of the class once < gets up though.

< just said that < might buy an iPhone 11 Pro once newer iPhones come out but < isn’t very sure yet, so < retracted the statement.

< doesn’t want to sound hostile but < wishes people would mind their own business.
