Anyway, first thing that comes to my mind when I hear about Walmart is "Ladybug" (Biedronka) shop net. But, when you assume that "from" is same that "made of" in Polish...
-Hey, is this cookie from Ladybug?
-No, it's made of ants.
We had a LIDL open down the road from me and since then I've been piling more doughnuts, cookies and pasteis de natas down my throat. Hopefully that'll die down soon.
Comfort eating is when you've been like me and ate pizza 2-3 times a week because depression. That sucked so much now that I think about it. General comfort eating still happens from time to time but nowhere near as bad.
I remember when I was in Dallas for training I used to have at least one pizza and ice cream per week among other things, and then I suddenly binged the last few days due to being kicked out of the program for almost no real reason. Stress comfort eating is far more common for me now than general comfort eating, though I still do that at times.
Sometimes I've a bar of chocolate before an afternoon conference call with American colleagues, even if I'm not particularly hungry. So yeah, that's comfort eating I guess.
I comfort eat wayyy too much, basically anytime I'm bored or annoyed my first instinct is to grab something to eat. It's like the only thing keeping me from being fully in shape anymore, but I just can't seem to kick the habit for some reason
I used to comfort eat (crisps outside of meals mostly, nothing super fattening - I don't like candy or chocolate much) until I noticed a small ponch on my tummy about a year ago, then I developed some kind of eating disorder, since I'll only eat when it gets unbearably painful or I'm not heavier than 10 pounds underweight.

These days I'll only have a chance to comfort eat if I'm stressed, because there's also a chance I'll just play video games instead too.
