Yes, that text can also be found in the game files, however I don't think it is in the wiki yet. And talking about the Teensies, this is a text from the old R3 website:

"These peaceful denizens of Rayman's world are the masters of magic and song. Inhabiting the many lands throughout the realm, each Teensie tribe has developed their own distinct musical style. Unfortunately, their melodious ways have attracted the Hoodlums, who have gone out of their way to imprison the diminutive minstrels. A reward lies in store for anyone who frees Teensies from their cages … got that, Rayman?"

For some reason I always forget about the "masters of magic and song" part, even though the doctors play music with Globox's body .

Edit: I was wrong, that quote was included in the Cage article.

The one from the Rayman 3 website, however, I don't think we have yet!

I've already added the text to the wiki, I was surprised that it was not there already.

I've been thinking about the Armaguiddon level lately (TOTL3). There's so much scenery there, and nice music, I feel like it should have rewarded exploration a bit more. The Armaguiddon fights themselves are really fun of course, but I think a secret room or two in the level would have made it even better!

That's a very good point! I think that overall, Rayman 3 did a pretty good job with secret areas, but adding something similar to what they did with the flying shell section of the Prison Ship in Rayman 2 would have been really nice.

You mean that useless section that has you loop around the ship and back to the laser room? I love it!

That one exactly! How they expected the players to find out about it though, I'm still not sure.

It's got a Red Lum chain leading out to it. I tried to go through it when I was a kid, but then gave up when I realized there weren't any Yellow Lums out there, and it was just really hard. :P I can get through it now though. :hap:

I must have forgotten about those! Anyway, I remember finding this part really difficult as a kid, so I was probably focused on trying not to die. :P

The thing about this part is that it's not necessary in the original game - mostly a waste of time, and quite difficult. I guess that you could say that the chain of red lums makes it worthwhile, if you need them.

So in Revolution they put some yellow lums there, to make players go there if they want the 100%.

Red Lum chains are annoying all right. There's no lasting gratification for getting them all. I used to think that they should reward you with a Yellow Lum or something. Nowadays, the concept of Achievements/Trophies would probably be helpful in that regard!

That would probably be somewhat annoying, since if you didn't get them in time, you'd miss a yellow Lum and have to restart/replay the level.

Well, I almost always have to do that on Top of The World 1 anyway.

And what about those last few Lums in the first part of the Prison Ship? :P

I'm still unsure, to this day, as to what the technique should be. Maybe try not to lose speed?

I've learned to relax at that point instead of frantically trying to get them all. It actually improves your chances of success significantly. Bit like the erasers and pencils in Pencil Pentathlon 3!

I got them all the last time I played, but sometimes you unluckily collide with the fence and lose a lot of speed, then you're stuck hoping pressing left and right will make you luckily get them all. It's more annoying when you just miss one...

Come to think about it, I don't think there's any such area in Rayman 3.
