Yes, that's the stuff I'm talking about.
Buttercream is quite nice, but can be very sickly. My brother made a walnut cake once with so much buttercream that after eating 3 slices I had basically ingested a whole pack of butter :beurk:
Sounds delicious tbh :manger:

I dunno, I’d probably be in the bathroom after eating a pack of butter. :oops2:

Birthday cake is very nice yes, last year I had a vanilla caramel sponge with blue icing and a lot of my favourite sweets on them :manger:

I've just thought about something which is 100 times better than cheesecake... The nougat flan (flan de turrón)!

Oh? What's that? It sounds like a custard with nougat in it! (i'm probably totally wrong with that)

Turrón is a nougat confection typical for Christmas events. It's commonly seen in Spain and Italy. It isn't as liquid as a custard... It's similar to a pudding, let's say.

Wow that look really nice! I wonder if will taste similar to the leche flan from the Philippines? (which i guess was probably inspired by Spain too)

Only problem is it’s not Christmas

Many people buy more to make this flan throughout the year, so it's fine :)

Hehe. I'm not sure what I consider my favorite cake, I've had so many different kinds. I'm generally fine with vanilla cakes that have whipped frosting. Icing? I forget the term. So long as it's colorful and there's lots of it! But I'm up for any cakes we happen to get.

I used to love all kinds of cakes. Over time though as I got older I started shifting away from cakes and cupcakes and started moving to cheesecake instead. I still wouldn't mind having cake if it was given to me though.
