I break the bridge to prematurely summon the birds faster which then allows me to do a faster route, but you don't need to break the bridge to summon the birds. So it saves me time, but it doesn't make the run itself faster.

The start had to be filled with phone because I use twitch to record and it stops the stream when I leave the world because it asks me to sign into my xbox 360 account.

Mod note - Next time upload your run witout editing use a capturecard or record the whole thing with your phone just make sure the image is clearly visible.
Don't summit the time with ms unless theres a tie with another player or are ILs
Timer is not required on the video proof with the gameplay alone is fine
Time starts the first frame while selecting your save file
Run retimed to - 1:10:45

Made some mistakes, 30 could maybe be done with better routing.

I like how hearts give the possibility of damage boosts and add a layer of strategy to the game. Like, where to use them.

I agree, although there really aren't many places to use them across all the levels since it's only used to go up, and you need something to damage yourself to gain height.
