Well, i'm not really sure myself. I don't really keep track of those things, but i do drink a lot. Like every night i have this thing where i refill my bottle and then drink it all. But there's also times where i barely drink water. Like i could go on a 2-hour long roadtrip and drink nothing at all. So it kinda just depends haha

Severe dehydration could be a sign of a more serious health condition, so i would get it checked.

Are you sure you don't have something else?

I don't think it's really that serious tbh! I just feel thirsty sometimes, that's all. Should've worded that message more carefully, now y'all are concerned about me. Sorry for that lol
