If it makes you feel any better, the first time I heard that song was in NFS Most Wanted 2012. It did take me a minute to remember why it sounded familiar when I saw Sonic 3 though xD
Never Let Up! - Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, Yoko Shimomura
As I mentioned before, I've been playing through the most recent Mario and Luigi title; Brothership. It's been a fine and enjoyable experience thus far, but I have to admit, the music just isn't the same, it lacks the same drama and flair that Yoko Shimomura's music did in the M&L series up to this point, and I feel the game doesn't have the same sense of personality as a result.

Space Trip Steps (Meteor Herd) - Sonic Adventure 2
A difficult one indeed, but even as a kid I loved falling on purpose to some of the rails far below to skip a few parts!

Never Let Up is a great one!
I haven't played Brothership yet but I did hear the soundtrack was weaker than usual, which is a real shame because Yoko Shimomura's compositions made this series one of my favourites ever in regards to music...

I feel like everyone has had something like that happen... Searching for a song you vaguely remember and then a popular movie uses it , this is how I've found a lot of songs, actually

I always liked Knuckles' tunes. This would be my favorite one though. From Sonic Adventure 2 anyways!

Ah, Brothership. Another game i haven't played but want to, hope my sister will give me her game too
I only made it to a certain place in Dream Team before randomly stopping (i think it was Somnom Woods). The last M&L game i finished was Bowser's Inside Story (on emulator but still). Speaking of which, I'm in the mood for an M&L track too.

I'm A Spy (Security Hall) - Sonic Adventure 2
I really like this stage, but I remember doing the A ranks in it to get all the emblems was another thing entirely
In my case my favorite track from the Rouge side would be Dry Lagoon, makes me feel like I'm on vacation!

Oh, my cousin is really good at Rouge stages and she loves her! So naturally I had to practice so I could compete whenever we would do multiplayer treasure hunts on SA2B! Dry Lagoon is also really great! Don't love Mad Space though (damn you tall and large area!)
Time for a change of pace, with a controversial game that I never played but still curious to play!
