REMINDER: EAT BEFORE SCHOOL!

Made the mistake of forgetting like a dumbass!

(As I stopped taking breakfast out of necessity more than ten years ago)

I lost 25kg, ended up recouping 10 over time, but the ratio between fat and muscle mass is definitely not the same since it kickstarted a passion for sport.

So yeah, I feel way better. Although I'd lose a few kilos right about now. 4 or 5 would bring me back to the sweet spot.

That's great to hear, I'm happy for you!
I too have lost weight in the last few months (about 8 kilos I think) and lately I'm noticing how much my body has changed and how loose my clothes are now
It's mainly thanks for my job that is physically demanding and I'm on my feet all day.
So yeah, I generally feel great because if it and I can't wait to lose more body fat and look more fit!
