I wouldn't think so. I imagine that since soundfont programming is a kind of "once-off" thing (or at least not done very often), the data is passed word-by-word from the CPU to the soundcard by an I/O port using the "out" or "outs" instructions. So it's not mapped into the CPU's address space at all, it's entirely separate.
