Re: The You Game!
< is very tired, despite <'s best efforts going to bed early still and trying to get plenty of sleep while <'s been dealing with this sickness.

Re: The You Game!
< may have had “one too many” last night and now < doesn’t feel great.

Re: The You Game!
<'s voice doesn't feel great either....it's still pretty hoarse. This makes <'s screaming even more scary though!
Re: The You Game!
< always thought it sounded funny when the voice cracks happen and it just sounds like ooaaauuuhhhouuauaaa.

Re: The You Game!
< is aware of the show, it reminds < of the "Werewolf" party game, but it's not something < follows. Truth be told < doesn't really watch much terrestial TV these days. < did catch the Bake Off final the other day, but that was less < actively watching and more < just happening to be in the room.
Re: The You Game!
< really needs to try become more fit again. < can barely do like 2 pull-ups before <'s arms refuse to lift. < also tried to do a few push-ups and it was more of a struggle than < expected it to be. At around 77kg, < should surely not be struggling that much to try do pull-ups. < needs to be more fit especially at <'s current age.

Re: The You Game!
< does wonder sometimes if < should actually try going to a gym or something to that effect.
But then < remembers how much < dislikes those kinds of noisy and busy environments. < thinks one day when < has a better living arrangement, < could be tempted to have a small space for some fitness tools.

Re: The You Game!
< used to have something like that in a shed. There was a benchpress with a barbell, dumbells, and an exercise bike etc. < does have a little compact exercise bike in the house that < could be using though, but aside from that, < doesn't have dumbells or anything anymore. < could really only do stuff like push-ups or use <'s brother's pull-up bar. That or buy some weights. Unfortunately, <'s room is not really big enough to fit equipment like that in it.

Re: The You Game!
Oh yes, < honestly found this series of Bake Off to be pretty boring as it was just this one person winning everything.

Re: The You Game!
To be fair, considering that show's been running since < was in school, < lost interest a long time ago, but < does wonder if it is just genuinely running out of steam at this point.
But yeah, having one obvious better contestant isn't necessarily bad, but it's probably not quite as engrossing.

Re: The You Game!
< feels like even just doing a little workout yesterday already made < feel sore. < didn't even feel like < did a lot.

Re: The You Game!
< is glad to hear ^ is feeling better! < has almost stopped coughing too!
<'s still trying to find that one exercise that works best for <.
This is exactly why < didn't go to the gym very often when < had a membership. < could never find a time when it was more quiet. < misses the time period when < had access to a private gym thanks to having a trainer.Master wrote: Fri Nov 07, 2025 12:56 am < does wonder sometimes if < should actually try going to a gym or something to that effect.

< remembers that < used to go to the gym in Sweden, and purposefully leave it until late in the evening just before closing time. The place would be almost empty most times, and nobody would really be getting in the way or bothering you. This was especially true for weekdays. The Jonster wrote: Fri Nov 07, 2025 5:41 pm This is exactly why < didn't go to the gym very often when < had a membership. < could never find a time when it was more quiet. < misses the time period when < had access to a private gym thanks to having a trainer.

Re: The You Game!
< thinks < would like to go to a gym that only has a few people in it, so < can get more comfortable being in a gym-setting.
.....
< hasn't gotten much done again today. < will definitely work on the Virtual Machines tonight though.

< would almost picture ^ swimming in VM's by now.
< is working on the birthday project for a friend again. < hopes to get some things accomplished here.

Re: The You Game!
Well, < is going to try some coffee... < is super tired and isn't functioning right
Re: The You Game!
< is having tea. < would probably like coffee to wake up, though <'s stomach feels a bit weird and coffee might make it start acting like a washing machine.
