Not really, just a fairly good Pentium 4 or Xeon, and that ain't much to ask for. The most something like that would need is electrical power.

That's incorrect, though. What high-caliber graphics cards need is a high-wattage power supply. A graphics card barely requires much of anything in terms of the other hardware in the system.
