Well yeah, I woke up one day at 6:30 PM (it's not a mistake), I didn't sleep the following day, and then day after I went to bed at 2:30 AM. I was dead tired.

I don't feel good when I'm tired, especially after a party, when I still have to brush my teeth, almost asleep.

I was told that drinking a big glass of water before going to sleep helped avoid the hangover.
