Why would that be used in French? ^__^
My teacher actually wasn't that good as she was Italien, so people can figure partly why my French is terrible

Partly, I said
My language skills aren't great, I'll have to admit.

French is very hard for me, but I really want to learn it, though. This summer I want to find some French books and try to read them, now that I know a little of the basics and stuff, and perhaps I'll get a tiny bit better. That's the way I learned English, anyways, so maybe it'll work. I know the biblary has some easy readers in French, I saw them last time I was there...
When I've finished my education, maybe I'll want to become an Au Pair in France. xD But on the other hand, maybe not.

well, if it goes as well as learning english, you'll soon be able to speak perfect french.
Re: What languages do you speak/you would like to learn?
Yeah, I'm still amazed at Limely's fantastic English!
Mind you, French is harder to learn than English. Words aren't spelt as they sound, for a start.

Anyway, I haven't learned any English at school since I was twelve. Since I joined RZ in other words. Basically, I learned all my "advanced" English there.

Whooops! Library! xD
I guess I'm not as exposed to French as I am to English either. You know, English is everywhere. On the tv, in music, etc... It's also a lot easier to find English books here, of course. I guess that helps.
I've been playing what games I can in French, especially R3, hehe. xD I understand a tad bit... But they speak so fast. D:

Books should be read in their original language. I'm currently reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy trilogy (or quintology) in English even though I've read the Norwegian translation before. Greatest book(s) ever written in my opinion.
Re: What languages do you speak/you would like to learn?
I completely agree there.
I haven't read those yet, but I was planning to, after finishing Jan Guillou's Crusades-trilogy.

I didn't realise Choir was a French word. Yeah, that would be an example.
