As for the question, the answer is Clark, for he's under control of Razorbeard's lackey.

I'll give a more detailed answer. He fights against Clark who is controlled by Razorbeard's lackey through an electronical device. To fight him, Rayman has to activate 3 switches which make a laser ray appear in the middle of the room. Now Rayman has to lure Clark over the laser so that he trips and he can shoot the device on Clark's back. Repeat this process several times to destroy it and to free Clark.
