@sfn: The sense of this question is to advice two possibilitys to get on an optional mushroom/meadowscrew without using the green can. You understand? It's possible to stack turtles to come on the mushroom. With this method you can get onto the meadowscrew without taking the green can. Hope I explained it clearly.

Which s? Also, the question is misleading. Say you mean the first Space Mama fight, do you mean Eraser Plains as the level before (ie Space Mama at the end) or Mr Stone's Peaks (the level before that)?. Or for the second fight, do you mean Pencil Pentathlon or Space Mama's crater?

The Space Mama, who appears in Eraser Plains is the same how in the final fight.
Reflux 2 is an completely different boss as Reflux 1, so they are very different.
