Re: Rayman 2
I found all the lums when i played trough R2 a third time. The Sanctuary of Stone and Fire and The menhir hills kept me busy.
Re: Rayman 2
I'm replaying R2 again. I'm hoping my Controller Pak doesn't fail on me.
My, what a great game this is. I really want to get Revolution now, but I don't have a ps2. Too bad for me.

Re: Rayman 2
I would tell you to get a PS2 emulator and Revolution ROM, but i've never found a good Revolution ROM. PS2's should be cheap now anyway.

Re: Rayman 2
ROMs of PS2 games do not exist.
Re: Rayman 2
Well ISOs do which provide pretty much the same function.
Re: Rayman 2
PS2 emulation isn't even good enough yet to play Rayman Revolution. I would suggest to buy an second hand fat model PS2.They are quite cheap anyways.
Re: Rayman 2
My computer would explode if it got Ps2 ROMs. Plus, I don't like playing 3D games with a key board.

Re: Rayman 2
I tried Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogies Revenge on a PS2 emulator, and it run very slow. I think you must have a very great computer to emulate PS2..
Re: Rayman 2
Are you sure? It emulates SotC and KH2 pretty much near perfectly (provided your computer is good enough).Joshua822 wrote:PS2 emulation isn't even good enough yet to play Rayman Revolution. I would suggest to buy an second hand fat model PS2.They are quite cheap anyways.
Although I'll admit I havent checked to see if Revolution has been supported yet.

Thanks for reminding me, that's a game I've always wanted to try out. Will keep an eye out.CheatCat wrote:I tried Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogies Revenge on a PS2 emulator, and it run very slow. I think you must have a very great computer to emulate PS2..

Re: Rayman 2
One day I borrowed a PS2 and that game is really amazing! But I tired at the repeating songs..
Re: Rayman 2
Depends on what hardware functions they use. Many hardware functions in the PS2 aren't emulated well. Are you sure? It emulates SotC and KH2 pretty much near perfectly (provided your computer is good enough).

Well, if i'm going to be sure at the real state of PS2 emulation, i'll need to wait for next year when i get my new computer.

Re: Rayman 2
Hate to rain on your parade but any good Rayman 2 player could get all 1000 if they knew where the 1000th one was.

Re: Rayman 2
I know, I never would have gotten a particular three in whale bay if not for that. And I still struggled even after I knew they were there...
Re: Rayman 2
While we are on the topic of Rayman Revolution, I was wondering about the Rain Mask giving Rayman the ability to create rain clouds like Globox).
Do any of the other Masks of Polokus give Rayman special powers? If so, what are they?
