Glitchy lumz in Rayman 2 N64. Sometimes the lumz all turn black, and one time it made my energy shots black as well as Murphy's eyes too.

Freaky...

Was it on emulator? I remember more annoying things - any lum could have any colour...

One time all the lums went yellow, and when Rayman regenerated after dying, all the sparkles around him were yellow to.
It might have been a dodgy emulator, but a tested a few, and each time the glitch got worse.

Normal. In Project64, you need to activate a special option for Rayman 2, I don't know its name, but it appears in extended help...

Do you know the moment when you have to go with magic balls down the... very big stairs?

O.K.. So, there is a moving purple lum.

I caught it, I waited.... And I LANDED BEHIND THE WALL.

It was my dream to get behind the walls of that level ^^

I don't know if it's the same in Rayman 2, but I hated how Rayman had to carry the yellow magic sphere for ages. There was such a long distance between the holder and where it first appeared.

What's cooler is to fly the Shock Rocket out of levels. This can be done using a nice glitch that I've mentioned in the scores topic. ^^

Nope. You can see level in mad perspective. I saw lum, Rayman, lava, darkness (most of screen, though) and a few others.

The view was a bit.... anormal.

Well you know what happened at me 1 time??? i fell to in the dark then i could see parts of the lvl where i have been before like the Lava Waterfall etc. then Rayman died

Oh, and it works in Rayman DS too! So does the Rayman 2 clone glitch!


EDIT: Apologies if people have heard enough of this glitch and are sick and tired of it. I only found out about it a few weeks ago.

I did however discover the glitch in Rayman DS in the Fairy Glade. It occurs in the section with the Machine (that is keeping Ly imprisoned). When you walk down the first flight of stairs, sometimes you can glitch through the wall if you jump while walking down them.
It's not too amazing but I wanted to bring up something different (that people hadn't heard about over and over again).

And just quickly, I discovered something interesting about the Rayman 2 clone glitch. If you wait for long enough, the second Rayman will actually walk away from where he first appears. It's a time consuming thing, but when it happens it just so hilarious.

What happens if you summon Murfy as Clone Rayman is passing?

Clone Rayman is created after you break the first cage and Murfy's appearance stops him walking and puts him under your control.

Well actually I had a really weird glitch in Rayman M. Oo

I was playing at the game with a friend, me as Razorbeard, him as the Teensies. We were at the last race, and close to the end there are purple lums, right?

Well, our characters tried to hang to one at the same time...Razor hanged while the Teensies fell in floor with a CRAZY pose. I cannot explain really how it was...But...It's almost as they were squashed. My friends could always make them move, but he couldn't make them jump...oo That's surely the weirdest glitch I ever had. The problem is that we were NEVER capable to repeat the glitch...
