I think that by 'enemies' he means the minor enemies, not the bosses. I also agree that the stone men should be in, since they are some of the more interesting enemies.

Just to be clear, yes, I did mean minor enemies. The bosses should be in, but at a slightly lower level.

I also agree that the stone men should be in, since they are some of the more interesting enemies.

And Stonemen are good too, forgot about them.
