Tch sorry for the huge bump, but at the risk of looking like a moron, was it ever revealed whether or not Ancel had any involvement in this?

I don't think so...

Still before getting RGH I want to get TVParty first.

Um, why? :|

I could check the credits again but I'm not sure if Ancel was involved.

I watched the credits on YouTube and I didn’t see his name anywhere.

Can't you like, ignore the Rabbids and focus on Rayman Origins instead?

Since they're a seperate franchise, i don't see why it's bad to have a new rabbid game, it won't effect Rayman games anymore.

At least I'm glad that the series were separated, Rayman needs a rest about the Rabbids. And with Origins coming closer I dont' see why people are still complaining.

In fact, the more Rabbids games there are, the further apart they are from Rayman.

I eagerly await the day when a Rabbids game flops. Once the series is dead, it will stay dead. It’s not exactly the sort of timeless classic that will still be relevant 5–10 years from now. It is the sort of product which will run its course once and end.

They'll find some way to keep the franchise going. I wouldn't be surprised if they even made an animated series where the Rabbids have to learn to interact with humans in the real world and hilarity ensues.

Well there was a sorta animated series of Rabbids Go Home but they were only a few minutes long each [about 5 eps] and only online on the Ubi official channels.

I think what Sabertooth means is 25-minutes episodes in a real TV channel.

bump

Sorry to say guys, but I sorta like the Rabbids. Not completely, but I like 'em.
I have RRR on PS2 (which I bought myself)
I have RRR2 on DS (ditto)
Then came about the 'Rabbid Invasion'.
Then my half-sister bought RGH as an Easter present
And then we got RRR on Wii for some reason

So, in a sense, I kinda like the Rabbids, but not too much. Rayman will always be number 1.
If Raywiki needs any help with the Rabbids stuff I can help.

I'll try to spend some time in November continuing to play my RGH for Wii.

Do you know?

There is also a PC-Version of RGH. But it has only 16 levels and no story-mode. You have access to all levels from the start. That makes the game a little bit boring (cause you play for "no reason".....there is nothing to win). But it makes fun to play the levels anyway. somehow.

The interesting thing is the Lyn-Engine: It seems to be an updated Jade-Engine 'cause most of the files are packed in a .bf file (again). There are also some files of the Wii Version on the DVD. Stange....i wonder if there is some BGE2-prototype-stuff in the file^^ But i havn't tried to unpack the bf file cause the last bf file form RRR was also not workin with unpackers.
