Who's the best English member ?!

Hello everyone ! It has been almost two years since the previous poll, but once again, it's time to decide who PC's best member is !

We (mat and I) have chosen 33 members. If you think that someone has been forgotten, feel free to tell us ; however, to enter, you have to fit at least two of the followings requirements :

• Decent activity during the last months
  Registered at least several months ago
  Decent amount of posts (let's say over 300)

Now the rules. Voting must be done by PM : you have to choose one member per group, except for the group you are in. In every group, one member will make it to the finals.

Remember that this is in principle not a poll to decide who's the most popular member of PC, it's a poll to decide who's the "best" member of this forum (apparently there is a difference).

Well several members used this technique, so I guess you'd be banning lots of people. Mine was the most successful though, because I used Holy Crap, my right hand man, who happened to have an army of fake accounts at his disposal

You're confusing this with the "most popular" member poll. Here, the voting is done by PM, so side accounts won't work.
