Most people get their Adam's apple shaved (mind isn't very noticeable anyway) and there's voice training to make you sound female regardless. If you've seen Edward Scissorhands, one of the wives "Marge," has a deeper voice than me (I'm pretty average) and she sounds like a female. Also I'm planning on getting my vocal chords shortened to raise the pitch of my voice. I've heard it can give some weird results, but I'm sure technology will improve so that it won't really.

The image is taken outside of Grense Jakobselv Border Station right after I and two of my colleagues had won the Border Guard's Army Recognition Championship, for which we recieved the Russian RPG-7 I'm holding.
